If you’ve eaten at our restaurants Ducksoup or Rawduck you might be familiar with our drinking vinegars – our home-made seasonal fruit cordials using fresh fruit and organic unpasteurised apple cider vinegar to help preserve and add pro-biotics. Based on an ancient idea for drinking honeygar (honey and unpasteurised vinegar) these drinking vinegars are a wonderful alternative to sugary drinks – and the fact that they contain live cultures means they’re not only fresh and seasonal but also contain pro-biotics that go towards creating a healthy digestive system and positive health.

HOW TO USE: Simply dilute as instructed on the label, serve with sparkling water (and ice) for a fresh fruity, effervescent refreshing drink or add to your favourite gin or vodka for a unique cocktail.
