Andritsaina Kritharaki (Orzo) is the traditional Greek pasta for Giouvetsi, the meat and pasta dish baked in clay pots.
Served in lamb, beef or chicken giouvetsi, or in stifado. Can be used as an alternative to risotto (kritharoto), with seafood, mushrooms etc. Simply served with sauces and grated cheese.
