As the name suggests, we at Minor Figures prefer to let our shared passion for coffee do the talking. All of our coffee is roasted in-house, and has always been sourced seasonally from specialty farmers; it was the desire for a dairy-free accompaniment that would celebrate the great flavours of their coffee that lead to the creation of their beloved Oat M*lk that is now used by baristas all over the world. Available in regular and certified organic, Minor Figures’ Oat M*lk highlights and naturally enhances the origin characteristics of coffee, whilst creating a silky-smooth micro-foam when steamed.
