Remove outer sleeve, remove film, place on baking tray and; if cooking from fresh, cook in a pre heated oven at (180°C, Gas Mark 4) for 25 minutes or in a microwave according to manufacturer's instructions. If cooking from frozen, cook in pre heated oven (180°C, Gas Mark 4) for 45 minutes or in a microwave according to manufacturer's instructions. Whichever cooking method, always ensure the meal is piping hot throughout. We recommend a core temperature of at least 75°C for a minimum of two minutes. Do not reheat.
