Organic Pork reared on an Organic farm in Wiltshire.
Add to curries, stews, stir-fries or tasty slow cooked casseroles.
Keep in original packaging & refrigerate. Remove from packaging & rest at room temperature before cooking.

To stew: Preheat oven to 150°C. Brown meat, add vegetables and liquid, and stew for 1½ hour. To stir-fry: fry diced pork until well browned on all sides.
