Cut from the centre of the loin, these organic sirloin steaks come from the grass-fed herd of Sussex cattle reared at Purton House in Wiltshire and are lean, juicy and tender.
A popular cut well-marbled with tasty fat, season well just before flash frying or griddling and serve with homemade béarnaise sauce or a fresh, zingy salsa verde. Slice finely for stir fries or dice and marinade before skewering onto kebabs and sear
Keep in original packaging & refrigerate. Remove from packaging & rest at room temperature before cooking.
