Cooking Instructions

To fry: Heat oil, or butter and oil, in a frying pan until very hot. Place steak in pan and do not move until turning over. Fry for 2.5 minutes per side for rare; 4 minutes per side for medium; 6 minutes per side for well-done. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
