Cooking Instructions

Because of the quality of the loose leaf, it doesn't just make one pot. If you refill the pot with fresh water you'll find the second infusion is even better than the first. A generous heaped teaspoon per mug (3g to be precise). It's much quicker than a teabag. Infuse for 45 seconds for lovely full flavour. 2 minutes if you like it super strong. In 3 minutes it will be deep as a well.
