Truth be told, our artisan traditional 'London Cure' oak smoked trout that we make here in the East End of London is our absolute favorite, we usually just eat it from the packet, on our own, sharing none of it with anybody!
If you can resist eating it all before serving to friends then remove from the fridge, take out of packaging and place on a dish for about 10 minutes, allowing it to breathe and come alive, before placing in front of your eagerly awaiting guests.
