For the uninitiated, Panbriacone is loosely translated as drunken bread. It is literally a panettone that has been soused in Vin Santo and Passito and those lovely Bonci bakers don’t hold back. When you unwrap it, the aromas are overwhelming and the cake is wickedly delicious.
