This salmon is organically farmed. Many of our customers ask for farmed salmon, so we’ve worked on supplying some of the best available. Farmed fish are a contentious choice however, so here are our thoughts on this complex issue.

Keep in original packaging & refrigerate.
Minimum 3 days
For a quick meal, mix tarragon and parsley in a food processor with a large knob of Brinkworth Salted Butter. Spread this on top of your salmon fillets and then loosely wrap with pancetta or bacon, then simply cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 200C. Serve with a crisp salad.
