The Coconut Collaborative says
Coconut milk contains essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that supply a host of benefits to the human body. About a third of coconut flesh is fat (and about 92 per cent of this fat is technically classified as saturated) but it is mostly made up of short- and medium-chain fatty acids that are used as energy and not stored as body fat like long-chain fatty acids found in dairy milk. Once vilified, coconut milk is now appreciated and the popularity of coconut milk is on the rise.
Ingredients
Cultured Coconut Milk (85%) (Coconut Milk (73%) (Coconut Extract (59%), Coconut Water (25%), Water), Coconut Water (23%), Cornflour, Potato Starch, Stabiliser (Pectin*), Non-Dairy Cultures (S.thermophilus + L.bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis), Mango-Passionfruit Compote (15%) (Fruit Derived Sugar**, Water, Mango Puree (20%), Passionfruit Puree with Seeds (10%), Cornflour, Passionfruit Juice Concentrate (2.3%), Natural Flavouring, Colour (Beta Carotene), Lemon Juice Concentrate). *from fruit **from grape

We plant around 5,000 seedlings per year in order to give something back to the local farmers and community.
