Produced with wild British deer and added back fat. Double minced to ensure a good bind and soft texture.
Whole Caraway seeds and crushed red chillies mixed in with other ingredients. Mixture is filled into natural pork casings. Salamis fermented and smoked heavily for 36hrs over Oak.
Wild Venison, pork fat, salt, red wine, sweet paprika, chilli, black pepper, caraway seeds, muscovado sugar, garlic powder, dextrose. Antioxidants: sodium ascorbate. Preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep loosely wrapped in greaseproof in fridge to avoid over drying.
