90% Dry Aged Beef Short Rib, 10% Bone Marrow, Salt, Pepper, Water, Natural Hog Casing
Keep in original packaging & refrigerate. Remove from packaging & rest at room temperature before cooking.

Cook fast and hot. Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Pop into the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
