We only source quality, sustainably-grown avocados and have just started the new year with our new season from Malaga, Spain and will be harvesting until March.
Store at room temperature for immediate eating, or in the fridge for 1-2 days. If using only half a ripe avocado, coat the cut surface of the unused half with lemon juice and wrap it in cling film to prevent it from turning black, then store in the fridge.
