Blueberry Chia Breakfast Smoothie

Perk up your breakfast routine with this berry, banana and protein-packed smoothie. It's a great post-workout drink too.

Here’s how you do it

  1. Peel the banana.
  2. Thoroughly wash the blueberries and throw all the ingredients except the chia seeds into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth then add the chia seeds.
  4. Drink immediately or keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.


  • 125g blueberries
  • 70g oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 200ml natural yoghurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 heaped tsp coconut oil
