Here's how you do it

  1. Gently heat oil in a pan, roughly chop garlic and fry gently for 2 minutes. Add the other ingredients with a cup of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Go in with a masher to break up the tomatoes & you're done!

  • Bunch of parsley, roughly chopped
