Sticky Onion Marmalade Sausages



Simple and delicious, Tracklements' sticky, sweet sausages are perfect as part of a BBQ spread, or serve in a bun for extra special hot dogs.

Here’s how you do it

  1. Cook the sausages in the oven in a shallow roasting dish until almost cooked through. Drain off the fat and put the Onion Marmalade on top.
  2. Finish in the oven or transfer the onion marmalade coated sausages to the BBQ for 5 minutes to create a lovely caramelised coating.


  • 8 pork sausages
  • 4 tbsp Tracklements Caramelised Onion Marmalade
