Hard boil eggs & peel.
Peel and cube beetroot, mix together with sugar, salt, cider vinegar and water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place eggs in a mason jar along with bay leaves, peppercorns and cloves. Pour over liquor and seal. Keep sealed for a day before eating.
