Pre-heat the oven to 200 C.
Pluck any stray feathers from the wings.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, not foil (this will make your life a lot easier when it comes to washing up!)
Generously sprinkle sea salt over the wings and pop in the oven for 25 minutes.
Make up the marinade by mixing lemon zest, juice, honey, mustard and crushed garlic together.
Remove wings from the oven and toss in the marinade. Pop back in the oven fro 20 minutes.
Sprinkle over sesame seeds and serve with lemon wedges.
