Dice and fry for around 5 mins to make the perfect accompaniment to any fish dish; salty, crunchy with a slight sweetness that's reminiscent of the sea, especially with some boiled potatoes tossed in butter and wild garlic.
A seasonal sea veg mix which may contain sea purslane, rock samphire, sea kale, sea aster, sea sandwort amongst others.
